Hey dolls,

Can you believe we're already halfway into November?! I swear I say this every single year, but where has the year gone?! I can almost hear the sounds of jingle bells and the sweet smell of candy canes. Almost. As Christmas obsessed as I am, I also really really love the season of Autumn. I'm talking golden leaves on the trees, fireworks lighting up the skies and obviously anything pumpkin scented. I thought for my first blog post I would talk about all of my favourite things that I have been loving this season.

Of course this would not be an Autumn favourites post without some candles. Anyone that knows me will know that I am completely crazy about candles. I wouldn't even like to guess how many candles I have! I can't seem to go into a homeware shop without coming out with one or two (or five). I don't tend to burn candles as much in the summer and I definitely prefer autumnal or wintery scents - think pumpkin spice lattes, vanilla cupcakes and cinnamon rolls! I just think lighting a candle and snuggling up on the sofa with a hot cocoa is the cosiest thing ever! I have pictured a couple of my recent favourites below. You don't have to spend a lot to get a good candle. I have found that my favourites are from places like B&M and Ikea and only cost a couple of pounds. You can also find the most unique and amazing candles in Homesense and T K Maxx. They sell a lot of really popular brands from USA as well. Still absolutely gutted that we don't Bath & Body Works in the UK yet!

I feel like a soft warm cosy jumper is the one thing that really comes to mind when you think about the colder seasons. Don't get my wrong, I am definitely a summer kinda girl and prefer hot sunny weather but the thought of snuggling up in a warm cosy knit just does things to me that I can't explain. Autumn is probably my favourite season in terms of fashion. Big, oversized jumper dresses that hide a fully formed food baby are my absolute favourites. I have found a few below for you guys to check out. If you would like a full outfit post or a lookbook of some kind then of course, please let me know and I'll happy to try it out!

This season, I have been loving playing around with different makeup looks. I have been a lot more into slightly more daring warmer shades like reds, burnt oranges and golds. I always had it in my mind that wearing red eyeshadow would make me look like I'd been up all night but after playing around, I've found that actually warmer shades are definitely more suited to me. I have been using the I Heart Makeup Chocolate Rose Gold palette a lot. As well as eye makeup, Autumn is of course the season for darker lipstick shades. I do always definitely sway towards nude and pink colours, but I do occasionally love a bold dark lip. Rebel and Sin by MAC are a couple of my favourites.

Leave a comment below and let me know some of things you love in the Autumn. As always, if there's something you would like to see, please let me know.

Much love,

Kerry x

  1. This review is written with clear conscience after reading terrible things done to some innocent people who needed help getting back their partner by some unsuspecting spell casters. It was too shameful to say this, but I victimized twice due to my desperation when I was going through harsh closure divorce. The funny thing is that my colleague was also a victim. It took us couple of months to research for the best among the rest.
If I am being asked to rate a spell caster according to the authenticity of their work, I will give a 5-star rating to Dr. Wakina for not just his breathtaking work but for restoring the faith in humanity.
Note: this is not a cheap publicity, but a true story of my life, a woman who once lost everything to another appealing woman. I and my friend welcome back our partners via the help of Dr. Wakina.
By restoring my faith and reuniting my family I believe Dr. Wakina through his email can help a lot of people out there currently going through broken heart, home and divorce.
